About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the daily operations of the deli department. You will take pride in maintaining an exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging environment for customers, team members, and the community.
About you and your skills
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Leadership experience, including coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering
Maintaining department standards such as stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste management, and quality control
Adherence to audit, food safety, and compliance standards while simplifying processes
Driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
Providing an outstanding shopping experience for customers
