About the Role
Join Aurizon's Bulk & Containerised Freight Commercial team as a Graduate Business Analyst. In this role you will provide analytical and business support, assisting with data analysis, reporting, and insights that inform commercial decision‐making, pricing, and service delivery. You will also support commercial and sales activities, including preparing customer proposals, tender responses and marketing material that communicate value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and insights to support commercial decisions, pricing, and service delivery.
- Prepare customer proposals, tender responses and marketing material.
- Collaborate with commercial managers, sales and marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to support projects, improve processes, and translate business and customer requirements into practical outcomes.
- Support commercial and sales activities, including pricing, value propositions and go‐to‐market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills.
- Interest in how data informs commercial decision‐making, particularly in pricing, market strategy and customer engagement.
- Proactive, organised and adaptable, able to work across commercial, analytical and customer‐facing activities.
