We are seeking a Sales PA to support a top-performing Sales Agent with over 10 years' experience servicing the Eastern Suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with similar real estate experience who is organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level support to a top-performing sales agent
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Manage calendar and appointment scheduling
• Attend appraisals and assist with listing preparation
• Offer general support to the broader sales team
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and letterbox drops
• Organise photographers, floor planners, and other suppliers
• General administration and database management
Skills and Experience
• Previous Real Estate experience is essential
• Ideally have a Real Estate Licensee or Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally based in the Eastern Suburbs or nearby areas
