* Maintaining accurate records and completing data entry in dealership systems
* Providing administrative support to sales, service and finance teams
* Responding to internal and external enquiries professionally
* Contributing to efficient workflow across departments
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administration or clerical role
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and data entry systems
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused mindset
