About the Role:
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the small team to ensure customer queries, sales orders, and reports are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include identifying and fulfilling customer needs, tracking and advising internal staff of order entry and picking/packing mistakes, responding to customer complaints or issues, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication
