This role involves working across construction matters, focusing on the development and management of projects.
* Maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
* Evaluating building design/construction files to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Collaborating with colleagues to manage front and back-end work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
* Providing mediation services through arbitration, court proceedings, or adjudication in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with contracts related to commercial building and civil projects. A background in construction industries is highly regarded.
Requirements include knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the QBCC Act and BIFA, as well as familiarity with public sector procedures for tendering and contracts.
