Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
* Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
* Support the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision‐making.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.
Qualifications
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
* Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations in Australia.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management abilities.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
