Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our family-oriented business. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a warm atmosphere for every customer and ensuring their visit feels enjoyable and worthwhile.
You will engage with customers, listen carefully to their needs, and guide them through our products. This will involve handling end-to-end order processing, including checking stock availability, processing transactions, and recording order details accurately.
In addition, you will work with the team to style and curate displays that highlight how it could look in their homes. You will maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom that inspires customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in retail showroom, hospitality, sales, or customer service
* A positive attitude
* Genuine interest in interiors
* Computer skills including Microsoft Suite, CRM System, POS System
* Interior Design Skills (advantageous)
* Social Media Skills (bonus)
