Job Overview
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing contracts, risks and budgets, overseeing procurement, ensuring Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards, maintaining quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of current trends and issues regarding vulnerable residents, CHSP, Aged Care Quality Standards, and the broader Aged Care Service System, including My Aged Care portal.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and facilitate support for business/data management systems to assist integrated service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic planning.
* Audit and mitigate risks to the organization for effective delivery of contracts and service agreements under CHSP suite of services.
Requirements
* Demonstrated project management, contract management, resource management, and research skills.
* Well-developed financial, audit, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* High level skills and experience in extracting and reporting on statistical data.
* Excellent verbal and written skills, particularly in relation to report preparation.
* Experience in implementing continuous improvement practices and utilization of various information technology systems.
* Experience in working with contract or funding agreements and managing compliance.
