You will provide high-level leadership and operational management, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical performance across the Theatres.This is a dynamic role where you will foster a professional, respectful, and collaborative culture, empowering your team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes and achieve professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, guidance, and support to the Perioperative teamApply advanced clinical judgement and ethical decision-making in perioperative careDrive strategic planning, workforce development, and succession planningBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the hospitalEnsure compliance with clinical, safety, and organisational standardsMentor and develop staff, encouraging ongoing learning and growthAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseTertiary qualifications in management, business, or a related discipline (desirable)Expertise and/or postgraduate qualifications in perioperative nursingDemonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to influence and inspire othersStrong customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving, analytical and report-writing abilitiesA commitment to embracing the hospital's mission, vision, and valuesOur client offers an inclusive, values-driven culture where staff are supported and recognised.
