Job Description: As Operations Manager, you'll take charge of daily operations across a large, expanding broadacre enterprise. You'll coordinate and implement year-round tasks, including seeding, spraying, and harvest. You'll lead a team of operators and seasonal staff, foster a culture of safety and efficiency, and report into a supportive management structure.
