We’re partnering with a very well established, independently owned branding agency to find an experienced Account Director (or exceptional SAM ready to step up) for their growing Consumer Branding division in Melbourne. The role: This is a specialist role for someone with a proven FMCG packaging background. You’ll be the driving force across key Consumer Brand client portfolios — leading new brand identities, packaging rollouts, packaging refreshes, and consumer brand communications (including digital and social). You’ll be fully client-facing and trusted to run WIPs and relationships with senior brand managers, backed by a highly experienced internal team spanning strategy, insights, writing, creative, and finished art. We’re looking for someone who can: Lead FMCG packaging clients confidently and independently Manage complex project workflows with minimal support Bring curiosity and commercial awareness to client conversations — beyond the basics of project management You must have: Significant experience managing FMCG packaging clients within a brand packaging or branding agency Deep knowledge of the packaging production process — from concepts to GS1 barcodes and live shelf execution Confidence navigating complex brand portfolios with large SKU counts Familiarity with NPD cycles, pack rollouts, SKU updates and brand refreshes Strong project management and client leadership skills — able to operate autonomously Why join this agency?
