Support daily operations and mentor nursing staff Drive practice improvements and implement new initiatives Manage staffing, rosters, leave and work allocation Monitor budgets, resources and supply needs Build strong relationships across the team and wider health network About You You are a motivated nurse ready to lead, support and inspire a high-performing team.
