Casual Support Worker roles available in Kembla Grange, offering flexible shifts to support work–life balance, study, and caring commitments within our Accommodation Service. About The Role: Make every day meaningful as a Support Worker at Northcott. You will empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible — building daily living skills, maintaining wellbeing, and fostering inclusion in the community. In this role, you will: Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support). Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids. Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care. Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans. Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.
