About the Role
You will work on high-volume accounts across both contract and permanent opportunities, acting as an extension of our clients' businesses. By providing an exceptional candidate experience, your success will be supported through access to multiple sourcing channels, including JobAdder, SEEK Premium Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and our generous candidate and contractor referral bonus.
This role does not require you to generate or manage new sales or provide account management. You will be purely candidate- and delivery-focused, sourcing for current requirements and talent-pooling for key clients and projects.
About You
You have a passion for recruitment within the IT, Digital, or Technology sector. We are open to a variety of backgrounds, whether your experience comes from working as a Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, or Talent Acquisition Consultant.
