Senior Pool Service Technician
Neptune Swimming Pools builds some of Melbourne’s most technically advanced and visually striking residential pools. We are not a volume maintenance company. We are seeking an experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our service division as we continue to grow. This is a technical leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in doing things properly, not just ticking boxes.
The Opportunity
Your key tasks will include installation, commissioning and servicing of premium pool systems across newly completed projects and existing client pools. You will also support and mentor junior technicians as our service division expands. This is ideal for someone wanting to move beyond repetitive weekly cleaning and into high-end construction, diagnostics and advanced equipment systems.
Your Responsibilities
* Providing regular scheduled maintenaince for 4 - 5 clients per day
* Programming and commissioning of advanced controllers
* Pool start-ups and chemical balancing
* Fault finding and advanced diagnostics
* Warranty and service repairs
* Client handovers and equipment training
* Leadership and guidance of junior technicians
* Maintaining high documentation and reporting standards
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on industry experience
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
* Experience with automation systems and modern equipment
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Professional communication and client-facing confidence
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* White Card
* Current driver’s licence
* Capable of working independently across multiple metropolitan sites.
