About The RoleSeeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager for a prestigious 250-room hotel. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, F&B, guest experience, financial performance, owner relations, team leadership, marketing, and compliance, ensuring luxury standards and driving shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee all hotel functions, maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage: Manage restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations, innovate culinary offerings.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, implement revenue and cost strategies.
Owner and Shareholder Relations: Maintain communication, provide performance updates, drive long-term growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop staff, foster a positive work culture.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service, respond to feedback, maintain high GSI scores.
Marketing and Sales: Develop strategies, increase bookings, enhance brand visibility.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, legal standards, and security.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
5-10 years in hotel management, with 3+ in luxury 5-star settings.
Proven experience in large banqueting and high-volume F&B.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational skills.
Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
