Application Developer - Analyst Programmer

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst Programmer to join our growing development team.
About the Role
As an Analyst Programmer at Zenith Service, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing system specifications, and developing, testing, and maintaining high‑quality web‑based software applications. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Restaurant Management Systems, and Inventory Management Systems. We also deliver WordPress development services, including custom themes, plugin development, and WooCommerce customization.
This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into functional, secure, and scalable web‑based solutions. You will work cross‑functionally with the Client Manager and Accounting Division (for practice integrations, client portals, and data interfaces) and coordinate deliverables with our offshore development support where required.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients and stakeholders to analyse business requirements, assess existing systems, and recommend effective web‑based solutions.
Interpret technical specifications and convert them into high‑quality program code.
Develop and maintain web‑based software applications using PHP (Laravel), WordPress, and MySQL.
Translate Figma designs into fully responsive, SEO‑friendly, accessible, and user‑friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Vue.js.
Implement W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 3.0) to ensure all interfaces meet accessibility standards.
Conduct research and gather technical requirements to support new projects, system enhancements, and user needs.
Write clean, efficient, and well‑structured code following MVC design principles.
Perform unit, integration, front‑end, and back‑end testing to ensure software quality and cross‑platform compatibility.
Manage deployment, implementation, and integration of solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues during development, testing, and in live production environments.
Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce features.
Implement Google Analytics and event tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, development processes, and user manuals.
Ensure all applications meet security, performance, and quality standards and align with business goals and existing systems.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in developing and maintaining web based software applications using Laravel, WordPress, and MySQL.
Solid understanding of MVC architecture and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
Minimum 3 years of Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with responsive design, UI/UX principles, and business process analysis.
