Job Description About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Process Control Team Leader (Administration) to join our North West Coast team. This role is responsible for leading branch administration, revenue integrity, financial controls, and compliance processes to ensure accurate and timely operational outcomes.
As part of the branch leadership team, you'll oversee daily administrative and revenue functions, monitor financial performance, and lead a team to maintain strong process discipline and reporting standards. You'll play a key role in protecting revenue, supporting payroll and labour management, and ensuring compliance across all branch activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and support the Process Control team to achieve performance targets and uphold high operational standards.
Oversee revenue capture, auditing and billing processes to minimise revenue leakage and ensure accurate customer charging.
Manage weekly revenue and cost analysis, including Linehaul Margin reporting, TEU tracking, stowage/yield metrics and accruals.
Monitor and follow up unposted revenue, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support payroll processes and manage branch labour costs in line with budget requirements.
Analyse branch Profit & Loss performance and provide insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting across inter-branch transfers and reconciliation processes, including RCTI accounts.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customers to support smooth financial and operational outcomes.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all Health, Safety & Environment requirements are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency, reporting accuracy and team capability.
Desired Skills and Experience What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in freight, transport, logistics or a similar operational environment.
Strong financial and process control capability, with experience in revenue management, reporting, payroll support or cost analysis.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and minimise revenue leakage.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting Profit & Loss data, margin reports and operational KPIs.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple weekly and month-end deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, commercial and finance teams.
Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and operational or billing systems (Toll Works or similar highly regarded).
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the confidence to make informed decisions and drive accountability.
