Our client, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing Stream Lead to join their team. This key role offers the opportunity to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing processes, driving initiatives within the manufacturing stream. In this role, you will spearhead the adoption of SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering collaboration across departments. You will provide expert guidance on manufacturing best practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing functionalities, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include: Leading the SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing stream from requirements gathering through to system deployment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time project outcomes consistent with client expectations. Experience should include: Strong experience leading SAP manufacturing workstreams, within S/4HANA. Broad understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with MM/IM and planning. Demonstrated ability to challenge, influence, and guide the implementation partner. Proven experience leading workshops, decision-making forums, and cross-functional streams Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage users, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
