This is a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) opportunity operating on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster.
Positions are available on both a full-time fixed-term and casual basis, with a preference for Perth-based applicants.Responsibilitiesdelivering primary and emergency medical care to site personnelleading clinical governance and supporting compliance with health standardsdeveloping and implementing clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with the Clinical Team Leadermanaging occupational health rehabilitation and return-to-work programsprescribing and monitoring medications in accordance with regulatory requirementsparticipating in incident investigations and maintaining accurate medical recordsfacilitating training and promoting continuous clinical improvementQualificationsRegistered Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRAPostgraduate qualification in Occupational Health or a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in occupational healthMinimum of three years' experience working in remote or resource-limited locationsDemonstrated experience in occupational, emergency, and primary healthcare deliveryStrong understanding of clinical governance, health and safety compliance, and patient-centred careCurrent Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationsWhite CardExcellent clinical judgement, leadership, and communication skillsWhat we offerFull-time fixed term position until 1 January 2027An annualised salary of $196,218, plus 12% superannuation2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rosterTravel and accommodation providedAccess to 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgramAccess to employee benefits such as gym membership, and health insurance discountHow to applyApply now!
