We are a leading law firm delivering a complete scope of legal service to the Central West region of New South Wales.
We are looking for a legal administrative assistant/secretary. Ideally you will have worked in a legal office before, have highly developed customer service and communication skills, a professional presentation, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a team.
As the personal assistant/secretary to a solicitor you will be responsible for a mix of diary and email management, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients, supporting matters from start to finish, opening and closing files, and general administration.
Required skills:
* Past legal experience is preferred
* Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
* Team player but able to work autonomously
* Professionally presented
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer service skills
