Lead Hospitality Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Lead Hospitality Operations Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing daily operations across bar, bistro, accommodation, and gaming areas. This is a highly visible, hands-on position ideal for someone who leads from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor staff to deliver smooth service and maintain compliance.
* Work closely with the General Manager to drive strategic growth.
* Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing multiple hospitality departments.
* Strong understanding of venue operations, compliance, and budgeting.
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and team development skills.
* Ability to manage pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Holds or is willing to obtain RMLV, RSA, RSG, Gaming License, and CLO certifications.
