Job Title: Southern Rural Products Manager
Are you a sales leader with a passion for agriculture and rural markets? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Southern Rural Products Manager.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with customers and industry partners in the Victorian rural market
* Identify sales, service, customer and market trends to develop new business opportunities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the agricultural industry and its impact on customers
* Collaborate with national marketing and local customer service teams to deliver enhanced value to customers
Requirements:
* Proven ability to build meaningful customer value and solutions that have delivered measurable outcomes
* Knowledge of the Victorian rural market and products used in the agricultural industry
* Excellent knowledge of sales operations and CRM packages (e.g. Salesforce)
* Ability to build constructive partnerships with others to achieve business outcomes
* Commercial acumen including understanding of pricing and margin and its impact on profitability
