About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of this successful store in Mackay. In this position, you will oversee a team of up to 5 employees and ensure compliance with company standards in merchandising, customer service, KPIs, and personnel management. This role involves training and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ultimately achieving KPIs and meeting budget targets. This role is suited for a hands-on leader who loves to lead from the front to ensure their team's success.
