Education Professional Role
This role is pivotal in leading a team of facilitators, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Department of Education to drive forward Disability Inclusion reform. It requires an in-depth understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed within a strengths-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team management including recruitment, training, and quality assurance for facilitators.
* Collaboration with the Department of Education to achieve Disability Inclusion reform goals.
* Staying up-to-date on Disability Inclusion reform knowledge in Victoria.
* Leadership and development of the facilitation team, focusing on building positive cultures and supporting individual growth.
* Problem-solving and adaptability, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience working as an Allied Health professional in schools.
* Strong project management abilities, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A collaborative approach, flexibility, and adaptability are highly valued.
