About The Role
Full‐time on‐site role based in Wagga Wagga.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of managing relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue and sales objectives.
* Contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy with a strong emphasis on outbound campaigns to win back and acquire new customers.
* Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, explore sales opportunities, respond to queries, and escalated complaints and leads to senior team members.
* Collaborate with peers, team members and key stakeholders across the TBTC channel to support lead identification and qualification.
* Participate in customer initiatives, developing and maintaining account and portfolio plans that support relationship development and contribute to financial and customer targets.
* Meet individual and team sales and performance KPIs with a focus on acquisition metrics.
* Continue to upskill and develop capability and knowledge across Telstra's portfolio of products and business solutions.
* Identify areas of improvement and embrace change and technology to better support business customers.

* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, engagement and presentation skills.

* Demonstrated commitment to relationship building and partnership with key stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
* Understanding of Telstra SMB customer base.
* Understanding of day‐to‐day operations in a TBTC.
* Sound knowledge of how channels work and strong market understanding.
* Experience with Cisco, Microsoft and Checkpoint products and solutions.
