Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our members and guests.
Your primary duties will include supervising and managing designated kitchen sections, overseeing food preparation and cooking, and supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining food consistency, portion control, and plate presentation in alignment with menu guidelines.
In addition to your culinary expertise, we are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and train junior chefs and kitchen hands to support skill development and succession planning. * Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment;
