We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Legal Administrative Officer to support our legal team.

You'll be involved in a wide range of tasks from coordinating legal requests and managing contract workflows to maintaining legal registers, preparing reports, and supporting policy and procedure reviews.
Your day might include liaising with stakeholders, coordinating external legal providers, conducting legal research, or assisting with the drafting of documents.
Accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail are essential, as is a flexible, can-do attitude.
This is a hands-on role where your contribution will directly support legal operations across the business, so no two days will look quite the same.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and research support to the in-house legal team.
Coordinate legal requests and manage contract workflows.
Maintain legal registers and prepare reports.
Support policy and procedure reviews.
Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate external legal providers.
Conduct legal research and assist with drafting of documents.
Ensure accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Selection Criteria
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a close-knit team.
Meticulous eye for detail and clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Relevant qualifications in Law are highly valued but not essential; attitude, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality work are important.
Eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate security clearances.
