About the Role
Metroll Dubbo is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll support daily production operations and help us deliver high‑quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery to complete customer orders to specification and schedule
* Maintain a safe working environment through correct procedures and good housekeeping
* Perform basic machine maintenance
* Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Operate a forklift
* Operate an overhead crane
* Assist the Supervisor as required
About You
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
* Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliability and motivation
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to safely meet manual handling requirements of the role
