The opportunity

You'll lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and strong partnerships across the supply chain. What you'll be doing
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing logistics team, building capability and confidence
* Take the team from good to great, embedding clear expectations, strong rhythms and a continuous improvement mindset
* Plan and manage logistics operations that support Huon's sustainable aquaculture operations, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery
* Work closely with front-line farming and processing teams, Tasmanian corporate stakeholders and our global sales team
* Partner with freight providers to optimise service, manage risk and support continuity
* Use data and insights to drive performance improvements and smarter decision-making
* Lead change across systems, processes and ways of working as Huon continues to scale
* Champion safety, quality and sustainability in everything you do
