Financial Planning and Control Specialist
This role involves providing high-level financial expertise to enhance the efficiency and compliance of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to improving accounting procedures and policies. Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Director and collaborating with the finance team
* Preparation of end-of-month duties (profit and loss statements and balance sheets)
* Review of key account reconciliations (debtors, creditors, and inventory)
* Monthly journals and reconciliations
* Cashflow management and budgeting
* Providing information to auditors and initiating internal audits where required
