**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Greet all visitors and manage office supplies & services
- Understand customer requirements and how work addresses customer needs

- Perform ad-hoc administration duties; presentations and support the team when required
**Job requirements**:
- Previous experience in Reception or Administration
- Experience in a managing a front desk
- Skilled presentation
- High level of competency with different systems and database
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must have full working rights and be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check
