We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in a remote Aboriginal community in the Katherine region.
Job Description
As a Primary Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality primary healthcare services to the local community, including acute presentations, chronic disease management, and health promotion.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally responsive care and maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Experience in primary health, community health, ED, chronic disease, or remote nursing
* Strong skills in chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and health promotion
* Passionate about culturally safe care and working with Aboriginal communities
