WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are a fully qualified Australian/NZ patent attorney with a minimum of 6 months' PLUS post-qualification experience [OR MORE up to senior] OR a trainee patent attorney [currently studying Masters of IP to become qualified]; have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [electrical and/or computer engineering] and/or IT//COMPUTER SCIENCE; have had some hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents and some opposition experience [preferable]; have strong technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen; are serious about carving out a LONG-TERM successful career with a vibrant successful firm that has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
