UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our Component Solutions division and support with growth in our OHV and mining equipment overhaul team. This role will be offered on a full time permanent basis and will be located at our Broadmeadow facility in Newcastle.
Reporting the Production Delivery Manager, the role of Production Coordinator is to support the production team, customers and other key stakeholders to estimate and agree budgets and timescales, plan work to be included in the production schedule then ensure that production schedules are met, and work is completed on time.
About you
4. Demonstrated Planning experience within a heavy industry environment with excellent knowledge of production planning & quality control principles
5. Trade certificate, Diploma or further education is preferred
6. Proficient skills in computers: SAP, MS Word, Excel, email
7. Solid mathematically ability including statistics
8. Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment
