Reporting to the Manager Epworth Clinical School and work closely with the Dean of the Epworth Clinical School, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the day-to-day bespoke timetabling for medical students/doctors based on curriculum needs and clinician availability.
This role a full time position. Part time (0.8) can be considered.

- Your ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders and craft your communication to meet the overall needs of both the Clinical School and the recipient
- Having a high attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Having superior Microsoft 365 computer skills
- Able to identify and escalate to management potential issues as well as being proactive in their resolution
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders including clinicians, medical students and affiliated universities
- Ultimately being able to work autonomously with guidance yet be part of a supportive small team.
