About the Role: The Compliance Coordinator is an integral member of the MTA Training and Employment team, responsible for ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and supporting the organisation's registration with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), the South Australian Skills Act **** (SAS Act), and Skills SA funding agreements. Reporting to the General Manager Apprenticeships, the Compliance Coordinator leads and supports audits, maintains the Quality Compliance Framework, and manages continuous improvement initiatives.
