About the role
A Structural Landscape Estimator / Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact in assessing potential projects and developing tailored proposals for clients.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring strong structural landscaping knowledge, estimating / sales experience, and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Site Visits : Attend properties to assess landscape needs
Project Evaluation : Review site conditions and client requirements to determine scope
Cost Estimation : Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for proposed works
On-Site Liaison : Meet with site teams at project commencement to ensure clear understanding
Client Consultation : Offer expert advice on design and materials selection
Proposal Development : Produce clear, professional proposals including scope, pricing, and timelines
Vendor Coordination : Liaise with suppliers and contractors for quotes and timelines
Client Communication : Maintain ongoing, professional contact with clients throughout the process
Skills & experience
Proven experience as an estimator / salesperson in landscaping, or a related field
Solid understanding of landscape construction
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident using estimating tools and software
Qualifications in landscaping, or design are highly regarded
