Answering the phone and attending to walk ins
Maintaining the agency’s social media
Managing the keys
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Assisting management
Maintaining the overall presentation of the office
Skills and experience
A friendly and professional presence
Must be experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft applications
Confident in social media
Well-presented and has an eye for detail
Great computer skills are a must
Driven with a positive attitude
Confidence and exceptional telephone and customer service skills
