The opportunity to join our team

Great opportunity to work in this newly created role. You will be responsible for co‑ordinating the re‑engagement of advisers and rebuilding confidence in MLC Super in order to impact Net Funds Flow.

The immediate focus of the role will be to drive a Take to Market program for MLC Super combining re‑engagement with transformation/migration management.

This role will suit a professional who enjoys delivering strategic growth programs with transformation, strengthening adviser advocacy, equipping BDM's with compelling content and ensuring a clear, united narrative across MLC Super solutions. This role sits at the centre of influence, impact and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

* Driving a strategic internal and external activity program (Take to Market Plan) to deepen advocacy and increase utilisation, partnering with the Wrap Adviser Sales & Success team
* Driving tactical campaigns that directly contribute to Net Funds Flows working with relevant stakeholders
* Act as the MLC Super coordination point for all Take to Market activities for MLC Super working closely with the Wrap sales group and other internal stakeholders
* Strengthening BDM and adviser understanding of MLC Super's value versus wraps and industry funds
* Ensure that the migration to SS&C is communicated effectively in terms of change management and importantly what the value add is to the advisers office
* Equipping BDM's and advisers with the content, support, and confidence needed to position MLC Super in client strategies
* Build and communicate a combined product narrative that explains how both products together improve adviser and member outcomes
* Position the products as complementary tools in a single ecosystem
* Provide training, sales kits, and shared insights across MLC Super products
* Build joint product development and marketing rhythms so the market sees one MLC for Advice
* Equip the Wrap sales team with consistent sales collateral and objection handling for MLC Super products


What You Will Bring

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution
* Strong understanding of superannuation, platforms (Wrap), and advice ecosystems
* Broad investment knowledge across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
* Experience in sales enablement – creating training, sales kits, objection handling guides, and adviser‑facing collateral
* Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and coordination across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams
* Strong commercial mindset
