Verra have an exciting, project-based role on offer for a Senior Contract Administrator to join an experienced team delivering a multi-residential project in the southeast.
You will gain full control of the end-to-end commercial process and spearhead it right through to completion and handover. Whilst being supported by a robust Senior Project Manager and Contracts Manager, the autonomy will be yours, ensuring that margins are protected, trade relationships are fostered and contracts are managed.
Our client possesses a robust financial backing, experienced leadership at the helm and a healthy pipeline of stable projects across medium-high rise, residential developments.
What your day-to-day looks like
* Full procurement and negotiation of major subcontract packages
* Managing variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence
* Assessing and certifying subcontractor progress claims
* Cost reporting, forecasting and margin management
* Identifying and mitigating commercial risk across the project lifecycle
What we need from you
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects (7+ years)
* Robust commercial acumen
* Excellent risk management capability and contract management ability
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
