We are currently expanding and looking for both qualified Air Conditioning Technicians and Apprentices to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For:
The Technicians:
* Tradesperson - Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Tradesperson - Experience in HVAC ducted and split system installations
* Tradesperson - Servicing, and breakdown repairs
Apprentices:
* Willing to learn all aspects of Airconditioning
* Valid driver's licence and ability to work independently
* Great communication and problem‑solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems
* Carry out breakdown service work with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
* Assist in the installation or replacement of HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.), depending on experience
* Conduct site assessments and report on system performance and condition
* Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work completed and next steps clearly and professionally
* Accurately complete job reports, service records, and compliance documentation using our digital systems (SimPRO or similar)
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and uphold company values on-site
* Ensure all work complies with WHS and Australian industry standards
* Identify and recommend system improvements or upgrades to clients
* Mentor or support junior technicians and apprentices when required
* Represent LCS Air in a professional manner at all times
