Responsibilities & Qualifications
Administrative Support: General office management, including data entry, and managing incoming correspondence via email, phone and in person.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 6-12 months of administrative experience required.
Sales Coordination: Preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating our CRM system.
Customer Service: Being the first point of contact for phone inquiries and assisting customers with product/service information.
Documentation: Drafting professional emails, reports, and sales presentations.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: You're someone who catches the small errors before they become big ones.
Team Player: You enjoy a collaborative environment but can work independently to get things done.
