As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, elevate our customer experience, and drive continued growth.
About the Role
* Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Oversee customer relationships from enquiry to delivery, ensuring exceptional service.
* Manage dealership operations including inventory, presentation standards, and sales processes.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales planning.
* Work closely with senior management to deliver brand and business objectives.
* Attend trade shows, events, and expos to represent the JB RV group brands.
* Maintain consistent stock levels & new models to sell.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in sales management—automotive, caravan, RV, or lifestyle industries preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* A customer‑first mindset and passion for delivering premium service.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly organised with experience managing stock, reporting, and KPI tracking.
* Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
