Business Analyst Opportunity
Job Description
We seek an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital - Legal Service Operations team in Melbourne or Sydney.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
* Collect information from workshops and interviews.
* Review processes and make recommendations on improvements to legal operations, including documentation of 'as is' and 'to be' process maps.
* Identify how current and potential technology solutions can be leveraged to optimise efficiency.
* Conduct cost-benefit analysis and write business cases.
* Support project scoping, estimating, prioritisation and negotiation of system functionalities.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Provide analytic support by extracting data from various databases and performing interpretation.
* Conduct workshops and demonstrations to seek sign-off on business requirements, new processes and technology solutions.
* Transfer knowledge and learnings to the legal team and other stakeholders.
* Participate in test planning and execution.
* Participate in business change planning and implementation.
Required Skills/Knowledge
Our ideal candidate has:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a related business analyst role.
* Ability to map and analyse processes, identify improvements and influence stakeholders.
* Expertise in business intelligence, process improvement and change management.
* Experience working with technology professionals and ability to communicate complex ideas.
