Job Title: Account Manager IGT
Your Opportunity: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Image Guided Therapy (IGT) sales team, managing the IGT portfolio for QLD. Ideally based in Brisbane with regional travel as needed.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - IGT, you will develop and manage business strategies to achieve profitable relationships across our IGT portfolio (fixed systems, mobile surgery, hemo-dynamics). Your experience in Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales and your influence skills will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and grow sales in your territory, advancing revenue and market position.
2. Penetrate accounts and manage both new and existing clients.
3. Develop and maintain key customer relationships.
4. Provide clinical, technical, and sales support collaboratively with the business unit and applications team.
5. Organize and execute educational workshops/events for customers.
6. Deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences, communicating complex solutions effectively.
7. Maintain CRM and sales tools, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in healthcare sales, ideally in image-guided therapies, capital equipment, or medical devices.
2. Strong understanding of sales processes and market growth strategies.
3. High motivation, energy, and results-driven attitude.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build networks.
5. Proven ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences.
6. Experience in strategic account planning.
