About the Role
The Infrastructure Project Manager - Buildings oversees the design, construction, and delivery of all buildings on the North-South Corridor project.
As the PM for buildings, you will be responsible for managing the design, procurement, and installation of MOC's buildings and the mid-point substation, ensuring completion to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring all project phases are well-coordinated and integrated.
* Manage all engineering aspects of the project scope during the design phase, ensuring the development of design deliverables.
* Prepare and analyse RFQ documents, manage the procurement process, and negotiate contracts.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to safeguard program, budget, and quality.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
About You
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is required.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry, is essential.
Relevant certifications and licenses as required by industry standards and regulations are necessary.
