The Role
We're looking for a keen graduate to help us design and build powerful Anthropic AI workflows that automate accounting, tax, and bookkeeping tasks. You'll turn repetitive manual work into smart, accurate, AI-driven processes that save our team (and our clients) hours every week.
This is real, production-level AI work in a live accounting practice — not just theory.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and refine Anthropic Claude workflows (prompt engineering, agents, tool use, RAG, etc.)
* Automate tasks like data extraction from invoices/bank statements, report generation, tax estimate calculations, bookkeeping reconciliations, client query handling, and compliance checks
* Test, debug, and continuously improve AI accuracy in a financial context
* Document workflows clearly so the team can use and maintain them
* Spot new automation opportunities and suggest improvements
* Work closely with the founder and small team
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)
* Highly rated if you're studying Applied Artificial Intelligence
* Genuine excitement about generative AI and LLMs
* Some Python experience (or willingness to learn fast)
* Reliable, organised, and quick to learn
* You're young, energetic, and looking for proper industry experience while you study
Bonus points if you have any exposure to accounting, Xero/MYOB, tax, or bookkeeping — but it's not required. We'll teach you the accounting side.
