Selectability is seeking a dynamic and motivated regional coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Rockhampton. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team, while expanding selectability's presence in the region. Your leadership will drive our mission forward, ensuring that our services reach those who need them most.
This is a varied role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services, as well as local and state government agencies and private industry
* recruiting a local workforce; train, mentor, coach and support local staff
* generating referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services
* leading recipient intake and the development of individual service agreements
* overseeing the delivery of programs and services, including personally delivery services if required, and reporting as needed
* ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
* representing selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events
* improving access to support services, mental health outcomes and equality in service availability for the individuals and groups across our footprint
* conducting community engagement
* facilitating group activities
* facilitating community education
* overseeing the delivery of programs and services including documentation of daily activity statistics and reporting in line with
* work with other selectability services to support recipients as required
